Clara’s first concern is the safety of the school children but The Doctor assures her that his trap will stop the creature before anyone gets hurt. She is not convinced.

Living up to his reputation, the sheriff plans to use his robots to rebuild a crashed spaceship and then take over the world. But the Doctor realizes that the repairs will actually make the ship explode, destroying half of England in the process.

The Doctor is caught in the middle between defending the people of Trenzaore and keeping the Time Lords from invading the universe. And he also must come to grips with his impending mortality.
