Episode 911 – Heaven Sent

The Doctor finds himself in a deserted castle. But mysterious clues lead him to believe something bigger is at stake.

Emerging from a transport tube, The Doctor finds himself alone in a mysterious castle. He believes that he was sent there by the people responsible for Clara’s death. And he immediately vows to take out his revenge. All the while, he is hunted by a ghostlike figure who can kill The Doctor if The Doctor doesn’t constantly stay one step ahead of the wraith.

What follows is The Doctor’s exploration of not only the castle, but the broader mysteries of why he has been imprisoned, what these seemingly random clues are, and most importantly, how to escape.

Clara has her doubts but he asks her if she ever had a dream where someone under her bed grabbed her foot. When she answers probably, he hooks her up the the Tardis telepathic circuits and off they go.

A phone call from Danny distracts Clara and the Tardis arrives at a Children’s Home that she has never visited. She talks to a boy who turns out to be a young Danny Pink. Mysterious things begin to occur which eventually leads them to the actual end of the universe. But investigating ever further could lead to the Doctor’s past and that scares The Doctor.
