The Doctor is tricked onto a hidden street where aliens live in peace away from humans. There, a meeting with an old friend brings mystery, and another “friend” brings extreme danger.
Rigsy contacts the Doctor and Clara and shows them a number tattoo counting down on his neck. Their investigation leads to a hidden street in London where many aliens live in harmony. But this harmony comes at a price – criminals are marked by a Chronolock, the countdown tattoo, and when the clock reaches zero, a raven arrives to end their life.
The Doctor and Clara work against time to say Rigsy who doesn’t know what he’s done. Complicating the issue is the street’s mayor – Me. And she has a hidden agenda far more dangerous than taking one innocent man’s life.
