During Christmas in Victorian England, the snow is getting aggravated and an old force has a plan to take over the world. Meanwhile, a barmaid named Clara encounters a grieving Doctor who says he wants nothing to do with angry snowmen. With the help of the Paternoster Gang, Clara needs to convince him to investigate the sentient snow and save all of humanity.
